Where are you located?

Which mail carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS and UPS
and charge a flat rate of $7.50
We offer Free Shipping for orders over $50! :)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery is 2-5 business
days. Orders placed before 3pm will be sent out same-day. After 3pm, orders
will be sent out next day.

How does local pickup work?

Local pickup is FREE! On
the checkout screen, under "Delivery" select "Pick
up in store"
. Order confirmation emails will be sent, along with specific
pickup instructions. All local orders must be picked up within 7 days of
ordering. If you are unable to pick up within 7 days, please send an email to
orders@huntershive.com with your order number so we can coordinate.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do! Please send an email
to hunter@huntershive.com so we can coordinate.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds. If you would like to return or exchange for a different scent, email hunter@huntershive.com with your order number and scent. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Will ship new candle out once return is received.

What about stolen or miss-delivered packages?

If USPS/UPS fails to
deliver your package (wrong address), or your package is stolen, you will need
to file a claim through the courier for a full refund. Unfortunately, something
like this is completely out of our control and is solely the responsibility of
the courier.
